Welcome to my first post!! Woo Hoo! I have followed so many blogs of friends and work buddies and have thought why not?
Earlier this summer, I took a Sunday afternoon to relax on my back deck, enjoy the sound of the birds chirping, and paint some "new life" into our old mailbox that was looking pretty sad and nasty. So a couple hours of "swinging the brush" later and here is what I came up with . . .
I used Plaid's FolkArt Enamels Paints and painted simply folksy style roses, leaves, and filler flowers. Several of my neighbors have made compliments and I know I enjoy retreiving the mail more these days!!
